Overview
The intelligent harmonic suppression capacitor is a self-contained, complete intelligent compensation unit consisting of an intelligent measurement and control unit, an intelligent zero-crossing switching relay, an intelligent protection unit, a low-voltage self-healing power capacitor, and a dry-type series reactor. It replaces the traditional automatic reactive power compensation device, which consists of multiple discrete components, including an intelligent reactive power controller, fuses (or micro-breakers), a thyristor combination switch (or contactor), a thermal relay, an indicator light, a low-voltage power capacitor, and a dry-type series reactor.
This product integrates advanced technologies in electronics, sensing, networking, and electrical manufacturing, transforming traditional reactive power compensation products into an integrated, networked, and intelligent system. This transforms the existing structure of low-voltage automatic reactive power compensation equipment, significantly improving its reliability and service life. It offers comprehensive advantages, including a simple structure, simplified production, reduced costs, improved performance, and easy maintenance.
This product is primarily used for reactive power compensation in applications with severe harmonics. It operates reliably, does not generate resonance, and does not amplify harmonics. Among them, products with 7% series reactors are used in electrical environments with the main harmonic of 5th order, and products with 14% series reactors are used in electrical environments with the main harmonic of 3rd order.
